Retreat/Trip Sponsor-
Position Description: We need people who are willing to help sponsor students who are financially unable to participate in activities. We serve low income and project students who would never have the opportunity to go on a trip or participate in an activity without financial assistance.

Commitment Time: A phone call/Prayer

Prayer Warrior-
Position Description: We need people who are prayer warriors. People like you who are not afraid to boldly approach our God and lift up students needs, hurts, fears, and just general prayer for our youth group.

Commitment: A time of prayer every day during your quiet time.

Trip Driver-
Position Description: We need adults who are willing to drive our students on trips throughout the year. We take approximately 4-5 out of Lexington trips and 1-2 outings per month. We realize it would be impossible to participate in every activity, so we are looking for adults who can commit to some of the trips we take as they come up. We will put you on a roster list and call you as we plan trips to see if you are available.

Trip Small Group Leaders-
Position Description: Adults who are willing to lead a small group of students in prayer, devotions and activities while on trips and retreats. We are always in need of adults who can be responsible with our students while we are away from the church.

Commitment: We need adult participation on trips/activites- varies depending on the trip.


Trip Leaders-
Position Description: Adults that are willing to come on trips throughout the year to lead, help set up, tear down, fill in, build relationships and prayer for students while on the trip. There are quite a few opportunities for you to get plugged into this ministry during the year. There is something for everyone, with every personality and every preference.

Commitment: Duties and needs specific to the trip you sign up for.

Oasis Greeter-
Position Description: Adult leaders who will greet students at the door and give them any things they need for service. Our greeters are the first line that meet students as they enter, making them and their guests feel welcome. You will also help guide students to small groups after worship.

Commitment: 1-2 hours per week on Sunday nights.

Sustenance-
Position Description: 1-2 adult leaders to help the sustenance preparers with food prep, set up, tear down and clean up of food, tables dishes, mopping and etc.

Commitment: 2-3 hours per week on Sunday nights.

Small Group Leader-
Position Description: Committed, fully devoted followers of Christ who have a desire to lead, guide mentor and develop Junior High students. Duties include: leading a small group, calling/touching your group weekly, facilitating discussion, praying for students and leading our students into a deeper relationship with Christ.

Commitment: 3-4 hours per week.

Announcer-
Position Description: An adult leader who is willing to get in front of students on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to make announcements.

Commitment: 2 hours per weekly/bi-weekly on Sunday nights.

Small Group Mentor-
Position Description: Adult leaders who are willing to help small group leaders with lessons, student touches and leading/mentoring students in a small group setting.

Commitment: 3-4 hours per week on Sunday evenings.

Bouncer-
Position Description: Adult leaders who are willing to sit with students during worship times to keep them engaged in the service.

Commitment: 2-3 hours weekly/bi-weekly on Sunday evenings.

Tech. Crew-
Position Description: Adult leaders who can work sound and lighting boards and help with tech. need for Student worship services.

Games leader-
Position Description: Adult leaders who can organize, plan, and execute one big group game per week.
