The Southern Acres High School Ministry is for all students in grades 9 – 12.

Our High School Ministry exists to bring more and more students, from more and more backgrounds, to know Christ and to delight in Him above all things.

Resonate
Resonate is our main program where all students get together for a time of praise and worship, teaching, hanging out, and a whole lot of other stuff. We meet every Sunday night at 7:00 p.m. in the Worship Center. Come early at 6:15 p.m. for a meal.

Life Groups
We have several Life Groups that meet throughout the week. We offer a ministry-wide Life Group on Sunday morning at 11:00 p.m. upstairs in room 218. We also have individual life groups that meet throughout the week and are divided into guy groups and girl groups.

Prayer Breakfast
We meet at the church at 7:00 a.m. on Thursday mornings for social time, a devotional, and prayer. Bring your own breakfast.


Frequently Asked Questions

Are there fundraising opportunities for the youth group trips?
Yes. We have a golf scramble every year to support our mission trips, as well as parent night out nights where the students can baby-sit to earn money towards all trips. We are passionate about students experiencing these trips and will do whatever is necessary to ensure that cost is not a reason students do not go.

What can I expect if I come to Resonate?
You can expect to experience God. You can expect that you will hear something that will change your life, and you can expect that every week. You can expect to experience God in a way that is real, transforming, and satisfying.
