What is KidStuf? A 45-minute weekly family presentation for K-5th graders AND their parents that uses music, drama, and storytelling to entertain and inspire Biblical virtues.

Why do you want parents there?
At Southern Acres we believe parents have the greatest potential to influence the spiritual development of their kids. In a calendar year, the average kid will spend about 100 hours in church. You, as a parent, have 3000 hours with your kids! KidStuf partners with parents to help them make the most of the time they have with their kids. We believe that what happens at home is more important than what will happen at KidStuf. KidStuf is a resource to help you, as a parent, have a jumping off place to help your kids learn to make the right choice.

What does KidStuf teach?
Each month we will focus on a different virtue such as honesty, respect, or compassion. Each week within the month, we will learn a different Bible story that helps us to learn more about what God has to say about that virtue.

Will KidStuf be the only environment for my K-5th Grader?
No. While adults are in worship, your K-5th grader will be in an environment planned specifically for them, learning about the same virtues we talk about in KidStuf! They will have the opportunity to worship, meet in small groups, and dig into the Bible together.

Who else can be involved?
While KidStuf is designed for K-5th Grade, Preschoolers may attend while sitting with their parents. Additionally, Middle School, High School, and adults will have plenty of opportunity to invest their time and talent in KidStuf.
